Sham Ahmed has dedicated his career to revolutionizing the HVAC industry, amassing over 50 years of executive leadership experience. His journey began in 1981, where he held various key positions, including Applied Product Sales Manager, Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
Sham’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found and lead several successful ventures, including TMI Climate Solutions Canada Inc. and Ventrol Air Handling Systems. These ventures generated substantial revenue and solidified his reputation as a skilled business leader.
Sham’s commitment to excellence is evident in his leadership style and his ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. He is known for his creative thinking, strategic planning, relationship building, and mentoring skills. Sham’s unwavering dedication to quality and innovation has always driven the success of the organizations he has led.
Since co-founding XNRGY, Sham has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory. Now serving as President Emeritus and Chair of XNRGY’s Business Advisory Board, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and support for XNRGY. His expertise will be invaluable as the company navigates the evolving landscape of the HVAC industry and pursues new opportunities for growth.
